Would you like to make a Lantern and join the Lantern Parade which forms part of our Christmas Fayre and Lights Switch On? If so, please go along to the Community Centre on Shilton Park and make your own – all materials are provided free of charge with only a small donation asked to cover the costs of the push button lights.

Remembrance Sunday preparations.
Town Council staff have been busy preparing the Memorial and Market Square ready for Remembrance Sunday. We would like to thank the ladies from Carterton WI and Carterton Crafters for the beautiful displays of Poppies which can be seen on the Mayor’s Balcony and War Memorial respectively.
Our primary schools have also been hard at work making Poppy Garlands and we will update this page with images once all the garlands are completed.
We hope to see as many of you as possible on Sunday.
