The Allandale Centre

The Allandale Youth Centre is in Carterton Town Centre; it is the big
white building on Burford Road opposite Martins. We have a Coffee Bar and
lounge area, so just drop in and say hi. We also have a large sports hall, with
music decks, pool, table football, computers, PS2, Freeview, video, music
and much more!! You can also get lots of information, internet access and
more from our Connexions Access point, where there are leaflets on just
about any subject you can think of.
There are often new events and projects being planned so come along and
get involved.
ESCAPE
for young people aged 13 to 19
Mondays: 7.30 pm to 10.00 pm
Wednesdays: 7.30pm to 10.00 pm (from September 2005)
Drop in and see what we are up to - there's always fun things going on.
Year 8 and 9 Youth Club
Thursdays: 7.30 - 10.00 pm (from September 2005)
OUTREACH
for all young people
Fridays: 7.30 - 10.00 pm
Out on the streets of Carterton on a Friday night? Then look out for the Allandale Outreach Team. Who are we? A team of youth workers who are out on the streets to look after you, check you're alright, offering information and advice about any issues.
BODYZONE
for all young people
Mondays: 3pm - 5pm (term time only)
Visit Bodyzone for info and advice about health for young people on all sorts of topics including healthy eating, sexual health, bullying and more. Free Contraception and emergency contraception available.
